API XML-RPC Read/Write Field Added_Time

Hello,

When I read the field Added_Time with the XML-RPC API, it only returns a date, not a time and a date.

When I write to the field Added_Time in a similar way, it only accepts the date, and not the time. The time is set to 00:00:00.
