Applicanion view is not private

hi! I have a problem regarding my application. It is a register form and contains private information of my site members. When I'm logged in I can see the application view(the informations my members entered in the form) .. If I copy the link from the browsers adress bar, then log out of my account and paste it in the browser... all information can still be seen.
