Application Errors

Greetings, I am currently experiencing problems with my application "Time Sheet" starting on Mon. Nov. 13.

There is on particular tab (Jobs) which is giving me problems.

It started with "Error on Page" messages when importing data into the form. Also when I tried to update one of the imported rows I would get "Error 500: Internal Server Error".

As of today, I am unable to access the "Jobs" tab at all. When I try to edit fields it just clocks for hours. When I access the application and go to the "Jobs" tab I automatically get "Error 500: Internal Server Error". The last thing I remember doing is changing one field from text to menu select on Tue. Nov. 14.
