1. When I want to upload data, it is not clear from your explanation what name (label or field) to use for the upload. You say to use the field name. But, I actually needed to use the LABEL name. The actual field name - as shown only in the edit field section - is not actually used to connect data.

2. Formats that I make using the form builder do not show through! Big problem as there are sections of the form where I want to highlight certain things for the data entry person to consider. But, the formatting I tried to use does not come through.

3. Would be nice to break up data from a single table on a form that uses tabs.
