Application not responding

Hello, I'm wondering if I have built my application wrong, I am trying to auto-fill a form with data from another form based on a pick list selection in the first field. I had it working,and I think the script is correct, but after adding all the fields it is no longer working correctly in view mode. I'm wondering if I have too many fields in this form and I am also wondering if I am using the right action for this type of application (on user input, input = temp) or if there is one maybe less intensive?
