asign variable to link field

asign variable to link field

Hello,

I need to know how assign a variable in a link field with 2 boxes URL & LINK NAME (I need put the link name).

I tried to do:

On Success
input.link1 = variableURL

In a view I can see the URL (without link name) but in plain text (cannot click) and editing the record the link disappear and the 2 boxes (URL & LINK NAME) empty. After click update the link in the view disappear.
