It turns out that the bottle neck is an inability to link files from zoho docs on to forms in creator.

We can upload files but this defeats the object of the cloud. The only way we can associate documents with records in creator is to download the document from docs then upload it again to the form using the attach file field in the form.

I am sure I am not the only one trying to provide access or links to files in creator. Also, even the documents that we are uploading when clicked on, download to the users hard drive, every time you view it, it downloads another copy! 

Can anybody tell me how to create a data base that has records associated to viewable files (from zoho docs)
