I have tried to do my due diligence and searched for this error, but I can't find anyone else encountering the same issue.

I have a workflow rule set up to convert a lead into a Contact, Account, and Deal. This workflow is also supposed to move the attachments from the Lead to the Deal:

However, my issue is that the attachments do not move. I'm not sure where they go. When I turn off the workflow and manually convert the leads to accounts, contacts, and deals, the attachments transfer successfully. This leads me to believe the problem lies with my workflow automation, but it's a straightforward setup, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

To give a little more background on how the leads get into the system: I have a gravity form on my website that uses the Zoho CRM plugin to send the attachments into Zoho, which also updates the lead status throughout their application process. Upon completion, it sets the status to "Application Received" and attaches the documents.
