We would like to request the addition of an Audit Log feature in the Zoho One Admin Panel. This log should provide visibility into any changes made within the Zoho One admin panel and directory, including but not limited to:

• Adding, modifying, or deleting Security Policies
• Assigning or revoking apps for users
• Changes to user roles and permissions
• Modifications to authentication settings
• Any other administrative actions affecting the organization’s Zoho One setup

Currently, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho products, offers an Audit Log that allows administrators to track system changes, which is extremely useful for maintaining security and compliance. A similar feature in Zoho One would provide critical insights, helping admins:

• Understand what changes were made, when, and by whom
• Track modifications to security settings and app assignments
• Troubleshoot issues related to admin-level actions
• Maintain better governance and compliance

It would be beneficial if the Zoho One Audit Log includes filtering options by date, user, action type, and entity—similar to what is available in Zoho Desk. Additionally, having a retention period of at least two years (with deleted entity logs stored for 120 days) would be ideal.

We believe this feature would significantly enhance administrative oversight in Zoho One. Please let us know if this can be considered for future updates.
