One of my client who is using Zoho CRM standard edition has a custom requirement with auto lead assignment:

1. Lead automatically assigned to first available user

2. In case of no action by first user in 12 hours, same lead automatically assign to the next user

3. Same continues if second/third/fourth user does not take action within assign time interval

Please let me know how it can be done in Zoho CRM. Can it be done in Standard edition or higher edition is required?
