Auto Create Meeting based on Date/Time Field and follow record change.

We have a set of information that we would need a meeting created off of. This is a screenshot of the data types that our zaps pull in. This would be specifically for the lead module. The important meeting title would be named something like (meeting with (First name, Last name) these are stored as a string data type




For the second piece, we have a "workflow" that has multiple people involved in the movement of a record from a lead, meeting and deal. 

I've tried various version of deluge code from sources on here and I can't quite get this to work out how I need. 

Essentially the workflow would work as follows. 

1. Lead is created, Employee Creates a meeting. At a future date the lead will be converted to a contact and a deal (accounts arent used) and the meeting will be associated with the deal once its converts. 

2. The owner of the meeting needs to change whenever the owner of the deal changes. (The deal might switch hands once or twice and we need the owner of the meeting to follow. Participants stay the same) 

So the main thing is making it so whoever is assigned the deal, the meeting associated is also assigned to them. We rely heavily on the calendar system to determine availability and its important we can see the direct assignments of meetings in the calendar.
