Automate lead generation using SalesIQ and CRM integration

Integrate SalesIQ with Zoho CRM to get the max out of your lead generation process.   • Mitigate the process of adding leads automatically:
While integrating the CRM and SalesIQ accounts, you can configure to move the visitor details to your CRM as Lead or Contact to custom fields. You can avoid junk leads by enabling the process of approval before adding them to your account. If you want to skip this process, you can disable it. 



  • Add leads to CRM directly from the Chat window:

  • Score your customer on your website 
Scale up the lead generation process by deploying lead scoring rules. Lead scoring rules assign a particular score to a visitor when they satisfy a given condition defined by you. Higher the score higher the probability of closing a deal. Using the CRM values to score the potential visitors on your website can enhance the process of identifying and closing deals.
 
For example: You can set the rule with their existing CRM data - when a lead visits the website and clicks on the "pricing" page, you can add 25 points to their lead score. You can instruct your sales team to contact only the visitors who have crossed a set opportunity score, this can increase the probability of closing a deal and save operators time avoiding dead leads.



  • Automate leads with Zobots
Decide which customer the Zobot should engage using CRM data. Also, they can be configured to add leads to CRM autonomously. When the conditions are met, they can add visitors as leads in the CRM after collecting the required credentials. The leads generated by Zobots can be easily identified and analyzed.
 
For example: If you run an online clothing brand you can use specially customized Zobots, exclusive for your CRM prospects. Alternatively, use Zobots to add visitors as leads in Zoho CRM during non-business hours or when all operators are engaged.




  • Set intelligent triggers based on CRM values.


You can set up custom trigger actions using Zoho CRM values for your CRM prospects, it can reach out to them by sending a chat invite or show a custom banners using invoke JS API when they land on your website.
 
For example: If you run an online store, you can set up intelligent trigger rules that can display the discount banner, which is applicable only for the CRM potential customers.
