automatic closing of a task when a lead is converted

Hi all !

For a certain souce of lead, a follow-up task automatically creates. Task = FOLLOWUPLEADNOW

Subsequently, the seller run a macro that will convert the lead into account, contact and opportunity. The macro will also create the task FOLLOWUPOPPORTUNITYNOW. I am looking to automatically close this task when the lead is converted and the new task created.

I am able to identify this task because it has a unique name, we can know that the lead is closed and the opportunity is created.

PLEASE HELP !!!
