I'm quite new to Zoho Creator but the possibilities seem endless...if you know your way around. 

I'm building an application for the management of participants on a long term training course. Participants have different start dates. Form 1 has all the details on the individual participants. Form 2 is a attendance protocol foremost for adding participants to the report. The report is the actual place where I do day to day updating of the protocol with attendance/no attendance/sick/absent with leave etc. for each date. Right now I'm adding new dates manually for each participant in the report. 

My question: Is it possible to make a script in the lines of: if actual date < course end date then add subsequent date records until course end date. I guess this should be done in automation, workflow or configure field actions. But how and which is best. 

Alternatively maybe custom actions in the report settings could make a button that could generate new subsequent dates.

Any others thoughts are most welcome.
