Automatically open another form

Hi,

Is there a way to code the form to automatically open up the next form if the status of the 1st form change and copy certain fields data to the next form after the update or save is clicked? For example, if I change the Status of the lead to complete, after the save button is clicked, the client form will automatically open and the contact information on the lead form will auto populate on the client form. Please advise if this is possible at this moment. Thanks.
