Autopopulate Contact Fields

Autopopulate Contact Fields

We would like to have a Contacts information auto populate into a custom field called EndUserContact on the cases page so its easier for our support staff to see all the information without clicking over to another page. We have the Enterprise edition and I wonder if we can do this with a Custom Function and if so does anyone know the script.
