Backup all data in application?

Backup all data in application?

Hi Friends,

Is there any way to backup all data in my application in one step? I know I can download the application script or download the individual tables but it seems like a hassle to individually download minor tables such as picklists and free text items. None-the -less it would be a lot of lost work if I accidentally deleted my aplication and had to recreate all this stuff. Thanks for all your help!!

I am beta testing Coghead and I think at this point Zoho Creator is a more flexible platform. I will be testing their Limited USER beta feature this week and will give you feedback if it seems helpful.
