Backup and Copy Problems

Greetings and thanks for a great app....

I can't use either the backup function in the account settings or the copy this application or copy this application as a script function in the app itself.

I am excited about the app and the work I have done, but I am getting concerned after all this work that something might happen to the structure or data particularly with the upcoming upgrade to 3.0

The app is shared with support and can be accessed by support and is the only App under my account.

Could you take a look please?
