backup not working [Request ID :##8524253##]
Hi folks,
I have a problem backing up or duplicating a particular application. Has anyone encountered this & know of a resolution?
Details:
- Prob#1: backup runs & completes, but when restored it is a completely blank application
- Prob#2: "duplicate this application" seems to run, then when the page refreshes, there is no copy of it
Account type: free business account
Current # of apps: 2
