Backup of application failed

Hi guys, I've just tried to backup one of my applications. When I go in to check the progress, it tells me that the backup status is failed and the description is null. I tried backing up the other other apps in my account and they have worked. I also tried removing spaces in the app display name, still didn't work....Where am I going wrong?
