Bad integration solutions
Your solution with individual username, and or emailusername that is incompatible across the various platforms, read apps, some even with restrictions on amount of letters allowed, makes Zoho impossible to use effectively without a big list of usernames to assist the user, or the user have to reregister into all the apps after discovering how bad everything is designed together.
Zoho will do wisely to standardize these registration, signup feature.
