"Barriers" or "Hurdles" to making a sale

I am testing Zoho for it's suitability for our business.

One important piece of info we need to capture is potential reason for not making or loosing a sale and subsequently run a report to see why we might be loosing business to see if there is a pattern.

Does this field exist as standard? And can it have pre defined reasons, i.e. Price too high, leadtime too long etc.... or just free text?
