Being not able to assign a contact to multiple account in CRM

Dear Zoho Team and Member,

I have started to Zoho 6 months ago with my 10 employees. I spent more than +600 hours to build up the modules inside Zoho one. There is one thing which ı clearly do not understand.

We are not able to associate a contact to several accounts in CRM, unlike Zoho Desk can able to do so. I am at the same time using Zoho Books and this module also do not support this issue as well.

As ı checked from forums (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/add-contact-to-multiple-accounts), this issue has not been solved for more than 10 years.

Could someone from Zoho side, can explain the logic of this issiue? I do not see any reason to not have this capability inside Zoho CRM.

I am working with large chain clients. They have HQ and several different legal entities. I need to open account for each entity and ı must be able to assign HQ's contact to these different legal entities.

Please explain why you are not developing this solution for zoho CRM. P
