browsercheck for forms

I have created a public form, and some entries didn´t make it into VIEWS database because people were using older versions of Safari.

The problem is that they fill out the form and it looks to them like the form was posted but obviosely it didn´t get through.
Of course they also don´t know that they are missing elements like the popup calendar.

I think it would be useful to implement a browsercheck that tells them that their browser needs to be updated to be able to use the application.
Otherwise it might be problematic to use the form as a public tool, because you might loose some people through that.
