bug in number field

i've noticed that one of my number field is not updated or even created in list view when filled in the form.
My app is "rapports de visites", the wrong view is in "liste des potentiels". I made this app public for you to test it.
(this is my test app, under my 'earchide' login.

I have another private app (quite the same) under my 'vif' login with also a bug. The sum is not done in the list view (sum is enabled) after having imported 600 forms. If you have any idea...
