BUG report === SOS

hi ,

I created a form
and added a NOTE at the bottom

which is ok

then I added an additional NOTE at the top of the form.

here is where the bug starts.
1. when I view the application - the note that shold have been at the top appears at the end of the form, at the bottom.

2. when I edit the form - the bottom note is invisible and seems to
be vanished. and all I see is the top form .- located at the bottom.

sometimes I need 2 note fields in the form
1. for introductsion
2. at the bottom for clarifications and examples

please fix this.
