Bug when creating a new app from saved script

Hi -

I've found two little bugs that occur when you create a new app from saved script (e.g. you copy the app "My Cool App" as script and edit it to be named "My Cool App 2" then create a new app by uploading the new script.

First, when you do the above, the layout of tabs is not preserved. If the tabs were in order A, B, C in the orginal, they might be in order A, C, B in the copied app.

Second, changes made to the parent app views via "More Actions" Column Display/Rearrange are not preserved. I had set my views so several form fields did not display in the parent and all those fields appear in the newly created child.
