Bug with custom filter fields

I've found that there is a bug in setting custom filters. In my View (moe_idm/view/75, edit access given to support), I've found that whenever I add a custom filter with IEP1 = Murray, the IEP1 keeps changing to IR3. Currently there is only one custom filter, just change it from IR3 to IEP1, save, and edit it again. It'd have changed back to IR3.
