Calculation based on options selected

Hi there,

I have 3 Option Boxes and based on the options selected it needs to give me an amount

Ex
OPTION BOX 1 :
1. Mamma
2. Pappa
3. Mamma & Pappa

OPTION BOX 2
1. Single
2. Family

OPTION BOX 3
1. Monthly
2. Yearly

Say I choice 1,2.2
It needs to calculate a formula
If Mamma and Family and Yearly then R195.00
