calendar date/time - added time not equal

calendar date/time - added time not equal

hi
how can I change the "added time" in the "column properties" views -
the added time is 11h behind europe - I tried with "personal information" changing the "time zone" but it's still the USA time - I don't want to use the calendar in the forms
