I hope someone can help me clear up a mystery

But my most recent one will not work no matter what I do it looks like this: https://url.odesk.com/rh6eq (** note I promise this is only a screen snap link it is a photo**)...the month and year are not visible.

I have tried everything I can think of -- anyone have any ideas?
