Call Counter

For context, our Leads Page is configured with three separate phone number fields. This allows us to store multiple contact numbers for each lead. We've also integrated a click-to-dial feature in our CRM system, which enables us to make calls directly from these phone fields with a single click.

We aim to enhance our tracking capabilities by creating a log history that captures which of the three phone number fields was last called for each lead. This would help us monitor our call activities more effectively and ensure we are reaching out to the most relevant contact numbers.

To achieve this, we would need the following:

Call Tracking Mechanism: A way to capture and store the specific phone number field that was used during each call.

Logging Functionality: The ability to record this information in a log history, ideally within the lead's record.

Integration and Automation: Ensuring that this logging happens automatically each time a call is made using the click-to-dial feature, without requiring manual entry.

Is there a solution or a specific feature within our CRM that can facilitate this kind of detailed call tracking and logging?
