Call Records

Hi,

I am developing an application in Creator to enable users to record telephone conversations with customers as a record in a form (Call Record). Fields in this form include pick-list fields Company_Name and Call_Outcome, and a date field Preferred Call Back Date. One of the items in the Call_Outcome pick-list is �call back�. Want that if the user submits a record where �call back� was selected in Call_Outcome this record becomes the current record for the Company selected in Company_Name.

The requirement is to have a Calendar view of Call Records, with a filtered applied to only show record where �call back� selected in Call_Outcome. The problem is, if there are multiple records for a Company with �call back� as Call_Outcome how to only show the current record (as last call back arrangement made) with a Company.
