can't delete words in plain text, cant input a radio choice

on that form, i can't delete text i've put in as plain text, and i can't add a radio button option field. it lets me add it, but then no matter what, no options show up, what i try to do it in the script view, it says error "null" ... this problem has been on and off for me....whats going on? now i can't edit my app.
