Can't Edit / Update a row in a table

Hi everyone,

I've found an issue in the app I'm building, in the table/form "Tarefas" I can't EDIT/UPDATE any row, thought I can ADD rows normally.

I have shared the application with support [at] zohocreator [dot] com.

Error message:
[t_106542000000007007_PIDX] Exception occured while inserting rows
Failed to Update Data.

Could you verify this, please? I've already "commented" all the scripts "On Sucess" and "On Validate" but still doesn't work.
