Can't Find Option to Import new Data into existing Application

Can't Find Option to Import new Data into existing Application

I am using creator as a contacts database and am trying to import 100 new contacts.  However, in the admin panel, I do not see a link to upload a csv or excel file. I only see options to export or "Add" one at a time using the form I built.  Help would be appreciated.
