Can't log into Creator anymore

We're having trouble logging into Creator. I get the following error in Firefox 2.0.0.7:

\The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies.

I'm accepting cookies, and haven't changed a thing since I last accessed it on Friday. I tried in IE and it would load and load and never complete. My designer (at a sparate location and with a separate login and with a Mac instead of a PC) cannot login either on Firefox or Safari... it just acts likes it's loading pages forever.

Help?
