Can't seem to Share application

Can't seem to Share application

I've created an application and I cannot seem to share it with my friend.

He can see the app in his SHARED APPS area, but when he clicks on it, he gets the "not authorized" message. I've attached a document where he explains what he's doing.

To me he seems to be doing everything right. I have been able to successfully share the app with another friend without any problems.

Can you tell what I'm doing wrong??
