Can I create in Zoho creator a way were I can email lists or contacts I have selected in the application

Can I create in Zoho creator a way were I can email lists or contacts I have selected in the application

Here is a full explanation, I am trying to use this application as a functional contact database with the ability to do two things:

1) Create lists/groups based on other of my specifications
2) Send an email to that group, ideally after I have selected the group and or contacts I can click and it will send me to a compose message section and from there I send the email, etc.

Let me know if anyone has done this, a bit new to this myself.
