Can multiple people share the same Zoho account?

I'm looking to create a video database for my office. I have very little knowledge of Zoho and it's policies, but here's how I would like it to work:

1) I would be the 'Admin', so I would have control to add and edit the database.
2) My collegues would be 'Users', so they would have read-only access.

I have ~10 collegues who would be accessing this database at any given time (unlikely more than 2 at same time). So what I'd like to do is to physically create 3 Zoho accounts for all 10 co-workers to share.

Is this allowed? ;-)
