Can Not Receive/Send Emails

Hi there,

Our administrator of the Zoho account has left the company and it has been very difficult to get ahold of him. The owner of the company Edgar Ponce has requested for me Jonny Villatoro to gain administrator access. Is there a way I can get access as an administrator please?

Also, we seem to not be able to send or receive any emails. This is critical for our job can someone please help us out?
