Can not Share Views - Error: You are not allowed to view / edit the script.

When I edit views & forms, there is no 'share' tab - I am logged in as admin user. If I click on 'View Definition' for the view, I get the error: You are not allowed to view / edit the script. I finally found the 'share' tab so that I could assign non-admin user permissions to the custom view I created. However, whenever I click on the share tab it takes me to the 'Add Request Via Email' form & the share tab goes away. Thanks! -Randy
