Can't hide menue remote assist client by Unattended Installer

Hello,
we are testing Zoho Assist, we have the following issue on Windows 8.1 Pro (German) with Unattended Client on Google Chrome, Firefox or IE Windows 8.1 Pro (Host).
We can not hide the Menue bar. If we try to click on the arrow, we open chat. We need Mac OS driven PC's/Tabs for remote support as host for Admin?
