I can't seem to import data. I have tried both by file and by CSV import. I click, and "Importing" flashes, but nothing changes. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit, and IE 8. Thanks.

This is not like it's difficult data.  If there's an error, I'd expect a message.
