can't save my app to script..

can't save my app to script..

why I can't save my app to script.. when I click "save script" the screen is nothin,just only show the "https://creator.zoho.com/exportScript.do?appid=142568000000203003&fileType=.ds&sharedBy=stanleyguo" in addrsee of browse,I used IE,Firfox and Chrome but the Result is same taht can't save script for my app.
help me...please
