Can we have fields not corresponding to databsae entries?

Can we have fields not corresponding to databsae entries?

Thanks for this great tool!

I would like to know if we can have fields in the form that do not store in the database. For example, I would like to have 2 email ID fields(one main, other for re-entry) to avoid typos in the entry. But once I validate them, I do not care to store the re-entered value.

I know that I can remove the column for re-entered email ID from the view. But ideally if I can avoid storing it I think it make a neater design. Please let me know if this is possible.
