Hello everyone,

before we jump onto a new CRM software we have a few processes that definitely need to be available.
A new CRM is always very overwhelming, so maybe you can help me out before I try to figure on my own.

Can Zoho CRM handle those tasks, would we need to add additional Zoho packages?

- Invoicing Webshop orders -> creating delivery notes -> create shipping labels for shipping companies like DHL, DPD, UPS etc... All of this best in a semi-automatic process.

- Stock / Inventory management. Stock system that keeps track of amount and different variants (Shelf life variants for example)

- Amazon Seller Central integrated into the CMR

- Webshop Interface -> Is there an API or interface to webshops like WooCommerce

- Which Payment options are available for those webshops?

- The whole system must be accessed through a browser. Does it have full Mobile Access for all functions?
