Cannot Delete Records --- Error Message

Cannot Delete Records --- Error Message

Message says, "Error occured when deleting selected records". All I am doing is selecting all of the records that I have input as 'tests' during the creation of my form so that I can delete them and start fresh. What is the problem?

Also, when I try to have a picklist auto populate with data from another form within the same application, it provides an error as well.
