Cannot edit email text in Zoho Form rules

Cannot edit email text in Zoho Form rules

I have a number of rules set up on a form depending on a user's submission. 

For some reason, I am no longer able to edit the content of the emails sent out based on those rules. 

I am invited to "use the advanced editor", but the original text of the email is completely inaccessible.
