I can't export my file from creator. I click on export, the export window pops up, I click on download to spreadsheet (or anything else), the download window comes up then an error message comes up and says

 

"Internet explorer cannot download "filename" from creatorexport.com. Internet explorer was not able to open this site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."

 

I am using Windows Vista OS. I read that there may be a problem with Vista. Is there any workaround?
